User does not have valid roles for the execution of the selected document

I created a What-If document and assigned the admin role in the Functionalities Management page to a folder which contains the document using biadmin. Am still using biadmin to execute the document but it prompts this error message "User does not have valid roles for the execution of the selected document". Have tried to tweak Roles, Users Management and Functionalities Management but to no avail. Anything that I could be missing?
