what is user name and password ? i try biadmin/biadmin but i can not loggin in webpage

You can try other user like demo_bi / demo_bi, and check the menu item "Users Managment" for search a admin user default.

Have you tried using the user I mentioned above?

Or try stop the knowage server and start again...
