Cookout issue an a present table and chart

Hello,

i'm new with Knowage and i have a problem with a Cockpit; I tried to search among the various requests made, but I don't found a solution.

I've a cockpit (a cross table and a chart)  that when opened show me the following error:

"sbi.cockpit.load.datasetsInformation.unabletoloaddatafromdataset
sbi.cockpit.load.datasetsInformation.checkdatasetandwidgetconfig"

Cross table and chart, after clik on "ok", are blank.

So i made a new Cockpit (with the same: dataset, cross table and chart - all with the same data of the cockpit that don't works) and this correctly works, showing all the data.

What could be the problem I found?

Ciao Marco,

I can't tell what went wrong exactly, but considering that the message says that it cannot load data from dataset, probably the problem might be:

•  you created the cockpit and then got back to dataset, made changes on columns and aliases and expected the cockpit to recognize the new columns (but that is not going to happen);
•  you  created a cockpit and then got back to dataset to add parameters: even if defaults have been set, you need to enter the cockpit data configuration and confirm default values there too.

Do you think you made one of those two actions?
