Knowage does not start after installation

I have installed Knowage 6.2.1 on Windows 10, using Mysql server 5.6. After the complete installation and the amendment in my.ini file of mysql, i launched the knowage but their was nothing just a blink of Knowage command prompt. Kindly help me in this regard as i am new to this software.

Hi Afzaal,

when you launch the knowage_startup.bat file, does the command prompt start to run or stay blinking?

In the latter case, please wait some minutes before you close the command prompt because sometimes it take a bit to run.

Furthermore, have you checked that all information contained in the RUNNING.txt file (available in the Knowage folder), such as the JAVA_HOME variable and the Java application itself, are correctly configured?
