Unable to fetch data in REST type dataset

Hello

I have installed Knowage CE 6.2 and I am trying to connect to rest api in DATASET .

I have tried several permutations to get the data from rest api both hosted online and hosted on my machine but every time I click the preview button. I get a blank data sample page as below.

Please let me know what I am doing wrong I have followed this document : https://knowage-suite.readthedocs.io/en/latest/functionalities-guide/advanced-data-access/index.html?highlight=rest

Or 

Is it a bug in Knowage CE 6.2 for rest type data set.
