Knowage Performance Issue

Hi Team,

I have created charts and dashboards in knowage,it is working fine but charts/dashboards taking more time to load for the first time when i login to knowage later it is taking less time compared to first time.What would be the problem.Any solution to improve the performance?Any help Appreciated.

Hi,

   if you are using charts within the cockpit engine probably is actived the caching of data the first time (and probably this is the cause of faster performance).

To improve performance I think that you should check dataset definition (sql if it's a query)... and eventually try to persist it.
