Unable to login, it asks to signup new user, after creating new user, unable to login with this new user credentials. Request help.
Environment Knowage 6.2.0, OS Windows 10, Browser - Chrome

Hi,

did tou try with the default credentials: biadmin/biadmin ?

Just as a reminder before you need:

1) to create the metadata database

2) set it up in the Tomcat server.xml file

3) restart Tomcat and wait (it will populate the metadata database with default values the first time)
