Hi there,

I am using analytical drivers to pass context parameters through to a Talend ETL job. Most of them are related to database connection details. The only person who should be able to see and change these will be the administrator and others should just get them as defaults.

I have set up a correlated analytical driver as there are different servers but even though the parent driver is set to not visible, and so are the dependent drivers, the dependent drivers still display on the parameter tab. The parent driver is not visible.

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi mxc4,

I guess you're using the available "C"-green icon to set correlation and/or visibility over a condition to your filters.

Have you selected each dependent drivers and then clicked on the "C"-green icon to set visibility?

Please also refer to  knowage documentation to read more about the correlation and visibility feature.

Nunzia
