How to send KPI Alert by Email

Hi!
It's possible in Knowage 6.2 CE to use Tools -> Alert in order to send an Email on KPI trigger?
Actually, after defined KPI, if i try to define Action associated to Alarm, the Type combo is empty.

I have the same doubt. I need to know if there is a bug or the functionality is not available in the RC Edition.
