Problem where Composed and Cockpit document (cockpit engine) running on mobile site

Hello,

I have installed Knowage-6.0.0-CE-Installer-Windows-JVM64bit-20170710.exe on Windows 10. Everything is fine until i tried open menu "Composed view" in mobile. Its only loading all the time. But it not happen when in desktop view. Then i tried create simple cockpit document on dekstop (1 chart only) and run on desktop, its running well but when i open in mobile (chrome n mozzila) in only loading (looping sign). 

This not happen when i open other type document (chart, olap).

i using android 5.1.1 and chrome for android v.59 and firefox for android v.54

please help or anything information i would say Thank u.

@narco please provide more informations about your issue, for example attach a screenshot of your cockpit (in desktop) or some console log from chrome developer console.
To see the console for a mobile device attach it to your computer via usb cable and go to the page chrome://devices/ (in chrome only).

thank u for your reply.
After search for while, i have attached the screenshot from chrome on my mobile.
i login as demo_admin then open the menu BD>'COMPOSED VIEW' on my mobile.
 please take a look.

Watching your log I can see it's a composite document, they are not yet suitable for mobile.
If you have problems, as you said before, with mobile devices on the cockpit please create a new question about it, with the informations you can give us, and we will try to found out why it stays in loading status.

Hi Narco,
at the moment the composed documents are not available on mobile and we can't give estimations about when they will be.
I suggest you to use cockpit documents for that.
