I got an login details while opening localhost

During Opening of localhost, they asking for login the page, 

I entered demo_admin as a user name & password

but unable to login.

Environment 6.1.1,Windows 7, Oracle Database, chrome
in Admin and Developer Functionalities by (370 points)

Pls. check  Is it enabled basic auth form tomcat-users.xml
