Cockpit Cross Table row 'compression'

Question

I'm building a cockpit, I'd know if is possible to 'compress' some columns of a cross-table (just as I can do with excel pivot tables with 'compand fields')

what do you mean with compress? Do you wish to close/expand part of a cross tab simply clicking on an icon? or you wish to create a formula that fills in cells?

In both case, a cross table is a static object  inside a cockpit. I suggest you to consider other engines.
