How to Add a link to external site in knowage CE?

HI, I'm trying to edit the knowage source code, I added a link that refers to Google home page but when I click the link i'm not leaving the knowage interface neither the url in the browser bar has changed, what i have to do please?

If you want to add link to external pages, I can suggest you to use the menu functionality.

I'm sorry. but other customization are not officially supported.
