Please can you please help me understand if we can combine multiple data sources to create a single data set.

Question

I am configuring multiple data source which could from same DB or different as well. My issues is to create a dataset from mutiple datasources created. I want to know if that is possible in Knowage CE or EE.

Also please help us know what is the licensing policy and prices of Knowage EE.

Knowage CE already has a dataset federation capability to manage data coming from heterogeneous sources, as well as a metamodel designer feature to creare a business model over a single datasource but combining two or more table together..

Both of them are available in the Community Edition, but other interesting advanced features (e.g. autodetect of associations while defining federation, temporal/spatial dimension while building the metamodel, and others...) are available only in the Enterprise. I need an info about federated datasets: it is required fot them to have the same number of columns or is it possible to federate data 'adding null values' to final table?
