System gives errors every morning

I want to understand why, every morning, the system gives an error and I have to restart knowage for fix. The error is this: 

<<An error has occurred. Retry later.
If the problems persists, contact the system administrator., I get it once logged in (logon screen is fine).>>

Can you help my fixing this?

I look at logs, and it seems there's an error on midnight.

Environment ubuntu 18:04 LTS, Firefox and Chrome, version: 6.1.1, db MYSQL 5.7.22
in Standard by (710 points)
The "some after" logs would probably be usefull to pinpoint the source of the problem.
