Hi,

When I'am accessing to my knowage server from mobile android device chrome explorer I've noticed some issues.

I can access login page. After logging in I see the document list. But when I open most of the documents the just keeps loading, but nothing happens - shows only blank page with loading circle.

I am using local network for testing purposes.

Is this normal or should I expect to see actual reports from my mobile device?
Environment Knowage 6.1 Windows, Android, tomcat, Chrome

Hi davishs,

we tested many document types on mobile but they visualize correctly.
In the attachment you can see a report and a chart report on device explorer.
Can you tell us more details about the document or errors in the console log?

Thank you for your comment. I checked again. The problem was not with the Knowage but with my firewall. There was some problems to connect to my computers databases.
