It is possible to create a map layer from a postgis table?

I have a postgis table but i don't know how create a map layer like geojson file layer from and joing it on a dataset.
Please, i need your help.

Hi,

there are many tools that you can use to do that, for example  geoserver ang qgis. Use them to link postgis tables and create layers on data.

All are well documentated..remember just that the EPSG of the final layer must be 4326.
