Auto Refresh Dont Work

I created a kpi document, it worked perfectly but for some reason the data was never updated, in DB the data is always updated 5 MIn, but the KPI graphic shows the same data, if I click on the Update button, the data is updated but I want that the data update is automatically

If can use the Refresh field to indicate the refresh rate (in seconds)

I set a value for the refresh but the auto refresh dont work. I'm using a community version, does it interfere?
