ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when i tried to use the OLAP wizard template

I tryed to start the OLAP wizard template and I got the following error:

localhost rechazó la conexión.

Also i perfomed the tests with firewall rules deactivated and skype closed.

Could you please help me with this error?

please provide some more info so we can help you. Please execute the wizard template again than upload the log files knowage.log and knowagewhatifengine.log you can find them in the logs folder inside knowage installation folder
