Dear Karan,
First of all,  Knowage has a new "Knowage Meta Web" component, that you can use in order to create a Business Model. But now you can't use this to create a Mondrian schema, we are going to develop a new designer in the following version.

Anyway, you can find usefull informations on Knowage_6.x_CE_Manual.pdf   - chapter 4.10  - My first OLAP

In the meanwhile, you can try some other tools for generating mondrian schemas...

I use SQL Power Architect (community edition) for that purpose. With power architect you can design your DW and also create the Olap model. It has also an option to export the mondrian schema of the Olap Model. There are a few videos on youtube explaining these steps...

After exporting the mondrian schema (an .xml file) from Power Architect you can upload it to Knowage and create your Olap Documents.

Hope it helps
