Unable to start [closed]

Hi,

I'm new so please be gentle

I have installed Java and set the environment variables, I have then installed the software following the instructions yet when I run the Start Knowage batch file and navigate to localhost:8080/knowage all I get is a "this page cannot be displayed message"

There are also no logs in the logs folder

Any assistance appreciated
Environment v6.1.1 Win 10, IE 11

you say no logs in log folder

What about console log? can you call executable by batch so maybe you see something?

COnsole log should be less rich than /log folder but thought you don't see the second let's try

What abouty database connections, did you set it?
