crossnavigation can't see input parameters

Hello, i can't link documents because the input parameters for the document on the right are not displayed.

examples in the pictures below:

below the parameters details, as per manual: By the way, when declaring the
parameters they will be called equally output parameters at first, since there is no criterion
to distinguish output from input before the navigation is configured.

I recently encountered that problem on an instantiation of mine  and it was due to a wrong assignment in style css I had made, the parameters were drown correctly but resulterd in color white so mixed with screen background

Did you change something in style?

If not., in order to understand the problem, you see somekindd of javascript error? Or somekinfd of network error in rest service calls?

Thanks for the reply.

I work with andreabalzanofujitsu. We have checked the network communication records and noticed that the input parameter query actually has an empty array (e.g. "[]") back to us. And we also did the full selection of the screen and put it to notepad - the input parameter area is really empty...

What about the rest service that is called, does it return something or does it give an error?

the service I'm talking about is something like this

http://localhost:8080/knowage/restful-services/1.0/documents/[YOUR_DOCUMENT_LABEL]/parameters/
