Knowage Installer unable to create Footmart database

Hi knowage,

I'm using knowage installer to install knowage. During the installation processes, the installer pop up the message 'Unable to create Foormart database.

Please advise.

I had same problem, and i was using mysql root user.  I created footmart_ce database manually, then install again worked for me.

Hi, please verify that your MySql user is able to create a new schema and it has all the grants to init the database (CREATE, INSERT, DROP).

Hi Angelo,
I'm using user = root.
The installer can create database knowage_ce but cannot create foodmart_ce.

Any idea ?
