I want to invoke a stored procedure written in mysql to integrate with data source for reading some values into dimension levels. I'm not able to find a tool that integrates with data integrator of pentaho in community edition. Could someone help me with the way to handle this scenario?

What do you mean integrates with the Data Integrator in Pentaho?  I assume you know how to call a MySQL stored procedure: CALL <name of stored procedure>

Why can't your dataset query just use that?  You need to provide a lot more detail.
