Cockpit is showing ???????? of Arabic data

Dear All,

I have created many cockpits and it is showing correct data in Arabic but today it is showing some of widgets data in ??????? like it and some are showing correct. But if I am creating the new widget of that those are showing correct then it is not showing correct in new widget. It is working fine from the day of start that is almost 2 months ago. But today I don't know what is the issue.

In dataset preview, the data is showing correct.

Please guide me if I am doing some thing wrong.
Environment Knowage 6.1.1, Windows 7 64bit, Tomcat, Chorme, Firefox, Java 1.7.0_60

Issue resolved, I have added the one new data source and checked on new source "Write Default" and that data source had not supported the Arabic characters that is why the cache was showing data in ??????. Just changed the "Write Default" checked on my supported Arabic data source and issue got resolved.

I am facing the same problem, but the provided solution does not solve my problem.

When I check dataSet Preview it is showing the correct data. but in cockpit data is incorrect only showing question mark
