error while creating cockpit and Analytical Driver

Question

Hi,

I want to create a parametric cockpit. When I want to save an Analytical Driver, this error appears : "Error while inserting resource";

and when I try to run cockpit(chart type), it will appear : " it.eng.spagobi.utilities.exceptions.SpagoBIServiceException: Impossible to get parameter's values ".

can anyone help me that "how can I create a parametric cockpit step by step?"

First of all, I suggest to use the last Knowage version.

I have created a cockpit using cockpit menu. So, at this time I would like turn it to a parametric cockpit that receives "date" as a parameter. I have created a data set and then add a parameter in it.

Then in cockpit menu and "data configuration" section, I have added a data set and its parameter as it shown in fig 2.

At the end in cockpit widget I had create a chart, but when run it no parameter is shown (fig 3)! how can add a parameter to it, where is wrong?

Dear,
I suppose you created an analytical drvier ( called "date" )  and use it inside cockpit.
You've configured the data set in the right way, linking the analytical driver to the data set parameter's.

So, in this way the chart you've just created use the data set replacing the parameter selected in the analytical driver.

Can you verify if the data shown by the chart are correct, and try to change the analytical driver "date" and verify if the chart will change.

Could you please tell me how you solved this as I'm facing the same issue.

I get an error trying to run the cockpit after I linked an analytical driver.
