Dear Team,
I'm Sathish and using SpagoBI server and studio for reports creation & deployment. Now, we have a plan for SpagoBI upgradation i.e Knowage 6. We have installed the Knowage successfully and find some difficulties in creating roles and report(.rptdesign) deployment.
Issues:
1. While creating roles, we can able to see the menu and after entering details, the saved details were not listed. Why?
2. We have deployed the report and while trying to run its started processing and ending up with an error, but while exporting it as pdf, we can able to see the output. Why?
Please give us the feedback and solutions for the above queries at the earliest.

Using Windows 8 64 bit System
8 GB RAM
Java 8
