All right installation, but when I click on the Startup Icon nothing works.

Hi all, I've downloaded the 6.1 CE installer. All the installation whent right.

(file : Knowage-6_1_0-CE-Installer-Windows-JVM64bit-20171023.exe)

But now, when I click on the start icon (desktop icon) the black shell opens (and close in a second) and nothing happen.

I'm using a windows pc.
Environment Knowage CE 6.1.0 , windows
in Installer by (120 points)

Hi, have a look at the file \bin\setenv.bat in your Knowage installation an try to change the -Xmx2048m to -Xmx1024m, save it and try to run again the server with the startup.bat.
