How to integrate to LDAP for authentication

Is integration to LDAP supported? if yes, how this can be achieved?

Dear all,

to accomodate all of you on this topic, I uploaded the Knowage LDAP plugin for the Knowage version 6.1.1, but it should work also for previous version. The attachment contains also a guide where. Please find the link below:

As already said, in the next release this plugin will be integrate in the base code so there will be no need to install this plugin.

What about LDAP authentication username and password for the setup?
Isn’t that required? I followed the configuration in the document but I’m not able to signin into Knowage now.

Hi,

the answer is both yes and no.

Yes because it is already supported. No because such LDAP connector isn't released yet.

Anyway, I can confirm that it is part of the Knowage Community Edition, and it will be release asap, probably with the next minor release.
