Installation of new release CE

Question

I have downloaded 64 bit windows CE version and installed it (We are using Windows server 2008 R2).

After installation, first I got an error that the Foodmart DB could not be installed (I also noticed that Foodmart related schema is not created in mysql whereas knowage_ce schema is created).

Now when I run the main page (http://localhost:8080/knowage), a blank page is appearing. There are no errors observed either in ‘Logs’ folder on server or on the web page.

Please advise how to fix it.

I had the same problem with MAC using mySQL. Creating the foodmart_demo schema manually fixed it.

I created an empty schema 'foodmart_demo'. But it did not work. Do i have to populate the tables also?
If yes, where can i find the sql script to do so.

After you manually created the foodmart_demo schema you have to run the installer again. Did you do that. First remove all. Than create the schema and then run the installer. Worked for me ... good luck.
